The following conditions apply generally to EPZA SACCO loan facilities. Specific requirements may vary by product.
Members generally need to have saved consistently for at least six months. Karibu Loan has different eligibility requirements.
Total monthly loan deductions must not exceed two-thirds (2/3) of the member's gross salary, according to the supplied SACCO conditions.
Loans generally require guarantees from qualified SACCO members unless the product or application qualifies for self-guaranteeing.
Meeting the general requirements does not guarantee approval. The SACCO will assess the application against the applicable product terms and lending conditions.

Contact EPZA SACCOLoan facilities are available to eligible SACCO members, subject to the requirements of the selected product. Most products require consistent savings for at least six months, while Karibu Loan has different eligibility conditions.
The amount depends on the loan product, your deposits, repayment capacity and the applicable terms. Emergency, School Fees and Development Loans are described as offering up to three times a member's deposits, subject to the relevant conditions.
The supplied requirements include a copy of your National ID or passport, KRA PIN certificate and three most recent payslips. Self-employed members should provide a six-month bank statement. Additional documents or guarantor information may be required depending on the product.
The standard rate supplied for most loan products is 1% per month on a reducing balance. Different rates are specified for some products, including Okoa, Masaa and Special Product Loans. Check the individual product details for the applicable rate.
